Looking back across the last few decades from the front end of 2025 to answer the question, “What took you so long”….I would mainly attribute it to 3 things…..
—– The long term underfeeding of protein.
—– Failing to identify the gradual loss of range of motion as a massive problem in our sport.
—– The structure of training schedule, meaning, the structure in which you insert your workouts. I spent way too long in the mindset that says that shorter workouts don’t require much rest between workouts.
