from 2018……Having grownup in a suburb of Washington DC [Alexandria, Virginia] I was woken up each weekday morning by my parents blaring WTOP News Radio in Washington D.C. over the house intercom into my bedroom.
In the photo from a couple days ago…..on the right is Sue Rushkowski, my fellow class of 1981 grad of Fort Hunt high school [Alexandria, Virginia], Director Of Human Resources at WTOP.
She is with Gabrielle Carteris, formerly one of the stars of the 1990’s mega TV show “Beverly Hills 90210”.
Gabrielle was at the station to give an interview as the current President of the Screen Actors Guild.
.
Screen Actors Guild also known as our country’s actor’s union.
Formal names…..
